Cici Boiler Rooms does not normally authorize returns on replacement parts, so please be sure you need the part before you place an order.

Any exception to this policy must be pre-authorized with the person you ordered the parts from. If due to special circumstances a return or exchange is authorized, the return is subject to a minimum 25% re-stocking fee providing the material is new and in re-sellable condition with all the original packaging.  Any item that is shipped to us or dropped off at our sales counter without a return authorization will not be credited.  Non-stock, special order items, and rebuilt controls are not subject to cancellation and are non-returnable.
